Jain Event Management

Jain Event Management is run out of E-99 in Darshan Colony, which is part of the Nandanvan area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so our office is quite cozy and feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We do all our planning from here, surrounded by samples of fabrics, decoration ideas, and stacks of notebooks. It’s often quite chaotic, especially when we have a big event coming up. The phone rings a lot, and there’s usually someone coming by to drop off a sample or talk about a guest list. Because we’re in a colony, it’s a bit quieter than being on a main road, which helps when we need to concentrate on the details. We started this because we liked organizing things for people, and it just grew from there. We don't have a big staff; it’s mostly just us and a few helpers we call when things get busy. Nandanvan is a nice part of town, and our neighbors are used to seeing us loading up vans at odd hours. We don't use marketing slogans or have a fancy storefront. Most people hear about us through word of mouth after seeing one of our setups. We just try to stay organized and make sure the logistics work out for every event we take on. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do.
