You can find us over at 935 Chhaoni in Nagpur. It is an old area with a lot of character and history. We are a group of journalists and editors who decided to set up a foundation. The building isn't brand new, but it is sturdy and serves its purpose for our meetings. We spend a lot of our time talking about the news and how things are written in the papers. Nagpur has a long history of newspapers, so being in Chhaoni feels like the right spot for us. Our space is usually full of old newspapers and notebooks scattered around. It is not the most organized place you will ever see, but we know where everything is kept. We aren't trying to be a big media house or a news channel. It is more of a place for people in the profession to connect and share ideas. We sit around, have some tea, and discuss what is happening in the world. Sometimes we help out younger writers who are just starting their careers. There is no formal structure to it, really. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. The ceiling fans hum in the background while we type or read. It is a simple life for us. We have been at this address for quite some time now. People in the neighborhood know us as the folks who are always reading something.
