We are located on Umrer Road in Nagpur, specifically at House No 2496-207 in Chitanvis Nagar. This isn't a typical office building; it’s more of a neighborhood setting which we really like. Damahanagar Urban Nidhi Limited was set up to serve the people living right here in the 440009 area. We wanted to create a place that felt like home, where people didn't feel intimidated to walk in. Since we are in a residential house, it’s very quiet compared to the main road. We spend our time managing savings accounts and helping neighbors with their small financial goals. There isn't any corporate polish here. The walls are plain, and we use simple wooden furniture. We usually have a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by to check their balance. It’s a slow and steady kind of work. We aren't chasing big numbers; we just want to make sure the local families have a safe place for their money. Living and working in the same area means we see our members at the grocery store or walking down the street. It makes us very careful with how we handle things. We take pride in being a small, local operation that people can rely on without any drama. It’s just us doing our part for the Chitanvis Nagar community, one day at a time, keeping things practical and real for everyone involved.
