Daga Memorial Govt. Hospital

Daga Memorial Govt. Hospital is located right in Gandhi Bagh, Nagpur. Being a government place, we stay pretty busy most of the time. Gandhi Bagh is a crowded area, and you can always hear the sounds of the city right outside our windows. It’s not the quietest spot, but it’s where we are needed. We don’t have a lot of frills here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs in the waiting area have seen better days, but the equipment works and the staff is here every day. We see a huge variety of people coming through the doors of Gandhi Bagh. It’s a real slice of life in Nagpur. We don’t use fancy language or try to sound like a private clinic. We are a public hospital, and we take that seriously. There’s always a lot of paperwork and a lot of people waiting, but we do our best to get to everyone. It’s hard work, and sometimes the days feel very long. But we are a part of this community. People know they can come here when they have nowhere else to go. We don’t have a big PR budget or anything like that. We just focus on the people standing in line. It’s a busy, noisy, honest place to work in the heart of Nagpur. We just do our best with what we have and keep going.
