Crescent Hospital & Heart Centre

Our place is tucked away in the 1st Lane, right near Lokmat Square in Dhantoli. If you head behind where the Old Mount Carmel School used to be, you’ll find us there. It’s a bit of a quiet lane compared to the main road, which is nice for a hospital. We’ve got the heart centre set up here, so we see a lot of patients coming in for cardiac stuff. The building isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit in the equipment we need. Sometimes parking can be a bit of a headache because the lane is narrow, but people usually find a spot eventually. We have a mix of regular hospital rooms and the specialized heart units. Most of the staff has been working here for a long time, so we all know each other pretty well. It’s not one of those giant, cold medical centers. It feels more like a local clinic because of the location. We spend our days checking monitors and talking to families in the waiting room. There's always coffee on in the breakroom and the sound of the machines humming in the background. Dhantoli is a busy area, but being behind the school site keeps the noise down a bit. We don't do much advertising; most people just find us through word of mouth or their regular doctors. It’s just us doing our work, taking care of heart patients and trying to keep everything running smoothly day in and day out. The stairs can be a bit steep, but we have the lift working fine.
