Coolwave Pvt. Ltd. is located in Dhantoli, right on the first floor of Hyatt Enclave. Our shop number is 107. If you live in Nagpur, you already know how hot it gets here in the summer, so we are usually kept very busy. We deal with cooling systems and air conditioning units. The office is often full of spare parts, copper pipes, and tools that we need for our daily repairs. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. We spend half our time out on service calls at houses and the other half here at the shop. The building is usually busy with people going to other businesses too. We do not have a big receptionist or a lobby for people to sit in. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the desk. Sometimes the phones will not stop ringing during the peak summer months. It gets a bit stressful when everyone wants their AC fixed at the same exact time. We try our best to get to everyone, but there are only so many hours in a day. We have been in this Dhantoli spot for a long time now. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a climb if we are carrying heavy compressors. We just fix things and hope they stay working for a long time. It is a practical business.
