Conmix Construction Equipment

We are located at Shop No. 7 in Niyogi Bhavan. It is right on Abhyankar Road in Dhantoli, directly opposite the Dhantoli Post Office. Being across from the post office is handy because everyone knows where that is. Our shop is where we keep track of all the construction equipment. It isn't a huge space, so some of the larger things are kept elsewhere, but this is where the main business happens. The road outside is always busy with people going to the post office or the nearby shops. We have a small counter and some shelves with smaller parts and tools. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks, but it holds up. We've been in Dhantoli for quite some time now. We see the same faces every day. Dealing with construction equipment means we talk to a lot of site supervisors and laborers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. We spend a lot of time on the phone, checking on where a mixer or a crane is. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up paperwork or wait for a late delivery. There is no big corporate structure here; it’s just us running the shop. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions about what they need for a job. It’s a steady life and we like being part of the local business community here.
