Coaching D Factor

Our place is at Plot No 11 on Hingna Road, right near the CRPF Gate in Kalmegh Nagar. It’s a well-known area in this part of Nagpur, so most people don't have trouble finding us. The plot is just a regular building where we’ve set up our coaching rooms. Being near the CRPF gate means there is always a bit of activity and security around, which is nice. Inside, the rooms are fairly simple. We have white walls, some basic tube lights, and rows of wooden benches that have seen better days. It’s a practical space designed for studying and not much else. I spend most of my day here, either teaching or just managing the small bits of paperwork that come with running a place like this. There’s a small window that looks out toward the road, but I usually keep it shut to keep the dust and noise out. The students are mostly locals from Kalmegh Nagar or kids who come down Hingna Road after their regular school hours. We don’t have any fancy technology or a big staff to manage things. It’s a very direct, face-to-face kind of environment. People come here because it’s convenient and it gets the job done. I don't believe in having a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the textbooks and the exams. It’s a bit of a grind, but that’s how it goes in the coaching business.
