We are Charan Sparsh Nagpur Multicity Nidhi Limited, and we operate out of Plot No 2, Dukan No 2 in the Eroj Co-operative Society. It’s right here in the Nagpur urban area. It’s a small shop, not one of those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We like it this way because it’s easier for people to just drop in. We aren't formal people. We wear our everyday clothes and talk like normal people do. Nagpur can get really hot, so we usually have the cooler running while we go through our records. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. We help the local community with their small financial needs without making it a big ordeal. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we just keep our heads down and focus on the books. We don't have a marketing budget or any fancy brochures. Most people find out about us because their neighbor told them we were okay to deal with. That’s the kind of reputation we want. Just being honest and doing the job. If you come by the society, you’ll see us there in shop number two. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours and we are proud to be part of the Nagpur scene. We don't use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned hard work and being fair to everyone who walks in. It’s a steady life for us here in the city.
