Ceramic Industries India Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Bisesar House on 5 Temple Road in the Civil Lines area. Civil Lines is a bit quieter and more professional than some other parts of the city, which suits us just fine. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. Our work involves various ceramic products, and we’ve been handling the supply and distribution from this office for years. It’s a solid old building with a lot of character. We have a small team here managing the orders and talking to clients. Most of our days are spent coordinating between the production side and the people who need our goods. We don’t go in for big, flashy presentations. We’d rather just show people the products and let them decide. It’s a straightforward approach that has served us well. Temple Road is a nice spot to be, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture in the neighborhood. We aren't a massive corporation with layers of management; you usually talk to the same few people every time you call. We value that kind of consistency. The business has its ups and downs like anything else, but we keep moving forward. We just focus on the ceramics and making sure our customers get what they asked for.
