Our place is at number 5 Temple Road, right in the Civil Lines area. It’s a bit of an older part of town, which we like. The building has been here for years, and it shows its age a little, but it works for us. We focus on ceramic products, and if you come by, you’ll likely see piles of finished pieces waiting to be sorted. The street is usually pretty quiet compared to the main roads, which is a nice change of pace. Inside, the floors are usually covered in a thin layer of white dust from the materials we use. We don't have a big reception area or any slick decorations. It’s mostly just work benches and racks for drying. A few of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the routine by heart. We don’t really do anything too complicated, just the standard ceramic processes that have been around forever. Sometimes the kiln takes longer to heat up than it should, or the weather makes the clay dry too fast, but we manage. It’s just a regular business day in, day out. We deal with a lot of local orders and some from further away, but the way we do things doesn't change much. It’s practical work, and we try to keep things simple and honest without making too much of a fuss.
