Working out of Plot No. C-51 in the Midc area of Butibori is a bit of a trek for some of us, but it is a solid location for a plastic plant. Nikhileshwara Plast Pvt. Ltd. has been here for some time, and the building has seen a lot of use. Inside, you will find rows of machines that turn out various plastic items throughout the day and night. The smell of warm plastic is something that stays with you, even after you go home. Butibori is a massive industrial zone, so we are surrounded by all sorts of factories, and the sound of heavy machinery is just part of the background here. We have a small crew that handles the molding and the packaging, and they are usually busy moving crates around the floor. It’s a dusty environment sometimes, especially when the wind kicks up outside the MIDC gates, but we try to keep the work area as clean as possible for the machines. Our day usually involves a lot of checking on the raw plastic pellets and making sure the hoppers are full. We don't have any fancy showrooms or anything like that. It’s just a hard-working factory floor where we get the job done and load the finished goods onto the trucks that wait out front. The summers in Butibori are no joke, so we drink a lot of water and take things one shift at a time.
