We don't have a big sign on the main road, just the name on the door of Flat 202. Most of what we do is managing the small savings and helping the members with their financial needs. We spend a lot of time on the computer and writing in the books to stay organized. It is not a very flashy job, but it’s important for the ladies who come to us. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. The Ekam Enclave is a nice building and we like being here. We’ve set up our desks to make the most of the space. It’s a very straightforward operation. If you live in this part of Nagpur, you probably already know where we are. We just do our work and keep things simple for the folks around. We have been here for a while now.
