Bhange Academy

Bhange Academy is located at Plot Number 20 in the Shirke Layout area of Chhaoni. If you know the Reliance Petrol Pump in this part of Nagpur, then you know exactly where we are. We are tucked right behind it. It's a decent spot because the layout is mostly residential and relatively calm compared to the main roads. We have been operating out of this building for a while. It’s a basic setup. We have rooms for different subjects and enough benches for the students. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive decor. We just make sure the lights are bright enough and there is plenty of chalk and markers. The kids who come here are mostly from the nearby colonies. They walk or cycle over after school gets out. We know their names and we know their parents. It feels more like a community center than a formal school sometimes. When the petrol pump gets busy, we hear the cars, but mostly it's just the sound of teaching. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us. We open the doors in the morning, sweep the floors, and get ready for the day. It’s a local business run by local people who understand what the kids in Nagpur need. No frills, just a place to study and get things right. It’s a simple life and we enjoy the work we do here.
