Bhandra Urban Vikas Nidhi Limited is based out of Shri Baburao Paikuji Jambhe’s place. We are located in Wadi, Ramtek, which is in the Nagpur district. Ramtek is a nice town, and we're situated right in the heart of the Wadi area. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors or people from nearby villages in the Tah-Ramtek area. We don't use any fancy systems or have a big corporate office. It's just a simple room where we sit and do the daily tasks. We've been at this address for a while and everyone knows where Baburao’s place is. Nagpur can get busy, but out here in Ramtek, things are a bit more relaxed. We keep our hours and make sure the paperwork is in order. You won't find any slick salespeople here. We're just regular folks who work with the community. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit hard to get around, but we stay open and keep things running. We focus on the practical side of things, like keeping records and helping people with their accounts. It’s a quiet life but we find it rewarding to be here. If you need us, you can just walk in and someone will be there to talk. We don't hide behind phones or emails; we prefer to see people in person and handle things face to face.
