Berger Becker Coatings Pvt. Ltd.

We have been out here in Nagpur at the MIDC Industrial Area for a good while now. Berger Becker Coatings Pvt. Ltd. is located at D-58, and most days it is pretty busy with the crew moving around and getting orders ready. We do industrial coatings, which basically means a lot of drums and mixing and making sure the colors and protection are right for whatever they are going on. It gets hot in the summer here in Nagpur, but we keep the work going. The staff knows the routine well. Some of us have been here since the start and others joined later, but we all just focus on the day’s tasks. It is not fancy work, but it matters to the people who need their metal or surfaces protected. We usually have trucks coming in and out of the block throughout the week. If you are driving through the industrial area, you will see our spot pretty easily. We just try to get things done without too much fuss. Sometimes the machinery is loud, and the place smells like paint, but that is just how a coating plant is. We don’t do big speeches or anything, we just stick to the schedule and handle the batches as they come in. It is a steady life here in D-58, and we are fine with that. It is just about doing the work right and going home.
