BANDINI MAHILA NIDHI LIMITED

Our shop is G-5-N on Sai Ambedkar Road, right in the Indora area. It’s at Plot Number 62. Bandini Mahila Nidhi Limited is run by women from around here who wanted to have a place of their own to manage savings. The shop isn't very large, but it's enough for what we do. We have some chairs and a desk where we handle the monthly deposits. Usually, the mornings are busy when the ladies stop by after finishing their housework or before going to their jobs. We talk about local things and then get the entries done in the passbooks. It’s a very practical setup. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have big posters everywhere. We just focus on the gold loans and the small savings accounts that the members use. Sometimes the traffic on Ambedkar Road makes it a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. People know where to find us. We don't have a big corporate office in some skyscraper. We are right here on the ground floor where everyone can see us. Working this way feels right for Indora. We keep the accounts clear and make sure everyone understands how the Nidhi system works for them. It’s just us, working together and keeping things moving. We hope the fans keep working well during the hot months.
