We are based over in Ramdaspeth, specifically in the Mehar Prasad Complex. Our spot is Block No 7 on the second floor. It is a busy part of Nagpur, so there is always some kind of noise happening outside. The building itself has been around for a long time and you can tell by looking at the walls, but it is a solid place to work. At Banae Consultancy Services Private Limited, we spend most of our time at our desks handling different consultancy tasks. It is not a glamorous setup, just a practical one with plenty of paper and old computers around. The stairs up to the second floor keep us moving throughout the day. We have got some good neighbors in the complex, mostly other small businesses just like ours. On hot days, we really appreciate the ceiling fans even if they are a bit noisy. We have grown used to the sounds of the traffic below, it is just part of the background now. There isn't any big marketing team here, just us employees making sure everything is handled correctly. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, usually just chatting about whatever is going on in the city. It is a straightforward environment. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get out on time to go home. Ramdaspeth is a good hub for this kind of work, and we are happy to be here.
