We are located in Nagpur at Quarter No 1/2 in the Empress Mill Colony, specifically within the Kukde Layout neighborhood. Bahujan Saurabh Media Private Limited is much more of a local, grassroots operation than anything else. Our office is situated right in a residential area, so we are surrounded by houses, families, and everyday life. It is definitely not the kind of corporate place with glass walls, shiny floors, or fancy elevators. We have a couple of rooms that we have set up with the basic equipment we need to run our media business. There are always a lot of papers, old files, and notebooks lying around because we have been doing this for quite a long time. The neighborhood is generally quiet, except for the usual sounds of children playing outside or someone selling vegetables from a cart on the street. We usually keep the windows open to let some fresh air in when the Nagpur weather isn't too hot. It is a very straightforward, no-nonsense kind of workspace. We are not trying to impress anyone with a large or expensive office. We just care about getting the news or whatever media projects we are working on finished and out the door on time. Most of our staff has been with us for years, so we feel more like a small family than just coworkers. We drink a lot of tea and talk through things at a big wooden table.
