We are located over at 534/A on Imamwada Road in the Gujarwadi area. It’s an industrial sort of neighborhood, so there’s always something going on. We deal with minerals and processing, which means the machines are running most of the day. The building itself is older, and you can tell it’s seen a lot of work over the years. Inside, there’s the constant hum of the equipment and the smell of raw materials being moved around. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we like the rhythm of it. We have a small office area up front, but the real work happens in the back. Our team is pretty small, and most of us have been here for a long time. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big reception desk. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk in and find someone who isn't too busy to talk. The floors are concrete and the walls are lined with bags and containers. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always on full blast. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure everything is processing the way it should. It’s the kind of job where you go home with dirt under your fingernails. We don't bother with big meetings or corporate talk. We just focus on the minerals and getting the orders ready for whenever the transport trucks show up. It's a plain, hardworking environment that suits us just fine.
