We are located over in Bajaj Nagar on the third floor of the Ayodhya building, at Plot Number 119. Nagpur is our home, and we’ve been operating from this specific spot for quite some time. Being on the third floor means it’s usually a bit quieter than the street below, which is good for getting through all the paperwork we have to handle. We don't have a big, flashy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It is just a simple office where we get work done and meet with people who are looking for property in the city. Our team is small and we prefer it that way because it lets us keep things personal. We know the local area and the history of many of the plots nearby. People usually come to us when they want an honest opinion about a piece of land or a house. We don't do big marketing campaigns or use fancy slogans. We just talk to folks like normal people. If a deal has problems, we tell you. If it looks solid, we say that too. Real estate can be complicated with all the different rules in Nagpur, so we try to make it easier to understand. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking at maps of the city. It’s a steady way of working, and we enjoy being part of the community here in Bajaj Nagar.
