Avani Ferro Alloy Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No 1063 in the Geeta Nagar area. This is part of Chobe Colony, so it is a bit of a mix of residential and industrial spaces. We’ve got this plot where all the alloy work happens. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come for a casual visit, as it’s a working site with plenty of heavy materials around. The yard usually has something being moved or loaded onto trucks. Geeta Nagar is a fairly busy part of the colony, and we fit right in with the other businesses around here. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the front look pretty; it's mostly about the metal and the processing we do inside the building. The office is just a small part of the plot, mostly for keeping the logs and talking to the drivers who come and go. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit dusty on the plot, but that’s just part of the ferro alloy business. We’ve been operating out of this Chobe Colony location for some time now. Most of our days are spent checking the inventory and making sure everything is ready for whenever it needs to be moved. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of the details. The people working here have been with us for a good bit, and they know how the plot is laid out. It’s just a regular industrial setup, nothing fancy about it.
