Auspicious Academy

Our place is on Tatol Road, tucked away in the Chhaoni area of Nagpur. It’s right behind the Shiv Mandir. That’s usually how I describe it to anyone looking for us because the temple is a very good point of reference. Chhaoni is a bit quieter than some other parts of the city, which I actually prefer. Auspicious Academy is just a small local spot where we do our teaching. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it serves its purpose for what we need to do every day. I usually get here quite early to open up the shutters and sweep out the front. You can hear the temple bells ringing sometimes during the day, which is a nice sound to have in the background. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. We don't really go for big marketing things or fancy signs. It’s more about the daily routine and making sure the lessons get done for the kids. Nagpur is a big city, but this little corner of Chhaoni feels like its own small village sometimes. Tatol Road can be a bit bumpy after the rains, but it gets you where you need to go. If you are coming from the main road, just head towards the Shiv Mandir and look for the path around the back.
