Aum Tours And Travels is on the first floor, Shop No 35, in the Reshim Baug area. We are located right in the Handloom Market. It’s a vibrant place to be, surrounded by all the shops and stalls selling fabrics and clothes. You have to climb a flight of stairs to get to us. The office is compact but we've made it work for all our travel bookings over the years. Being in the market means there's always something happening right outside. We handle a lot of tour planning and vehicle rentals for the local people. Many of our customers are people who are already in the market for shopping and decide they need a trip organized for the following week. We don't use any corporate talk. We just sit down with a map or a computer and figure out the best way for someone to get to their destination. The first floor can get a bit warm in the summer, but we keep the fans going as much as we can. It’s a straightforward business. We focus on the logistics so our customers don't have to worry about the small details. People in Reshim Baug know us as the place to go when they want to head out of Nagpur for a few days.
