ATOM O' SPHERE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS LLP is our name, and we are based out of Kamthi in Nagpur. Specifically, we’re at Ganesh Jyoti Appt 43, Flat No. S1, in Kotwal Nagar. The address is care of Shri Prashant B. Daigavane. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so our office life mostly revolves around the air conditioner and staying hydrated. We’re in a residential apartment complex, so it feels very grounded and local. We don’t have any neon signs or big branding on the walls. It’s just a flat where we sit and work on various solutions and projects. Sometimes we work on things that are quite technical, and other times it's just regular administrative stuff that has to be done. Kamthi is a bit quieter than the main Nagpur city, which suits us just fine. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day—kids playing or people going about their business. It’s a far cry from a high-rise office building, but we prefer it this way. Our desks are usually cluttered with notes and half-empty water bottles. We don't really have a set routine other than showing up and getting through the tasks we’ve set for ourselves. We aren't trying to be some massive tech giant; we’re just a local outfit doing what we know how to do. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, and we try not to take things too seriously unless it’s a tight deadline we have to hit.
