Atlas Technofab Pvt Ltd is located at D - 21 in the MIDC Industrial Area. It’s a typical industrial spot. We’ve got a big metal door and plenty of noise coming from the machines inside. It’s not the kind of place you come for a quiet chat. We spend most of our hours making sure the production line stays moving. The floor is concrete and has a few stains from over the years, but that’s part of the job. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a glossy front office. It’s mostly just us in our work gear handling whatever comes in. The sun hits the roof hard in the afternoon, so we usually take a break when it’s at its peak. We’ve got a small area for files and a desk that’s always buried under blueprints. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where every nut and bolt is kept. Most of the guys have been here for years. We don't change things up much if they’re working fine. The MIDC area is full of places like ours, but we just focus on our own bay. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out with some tea. It’s a living, and we take it one day at a time. No big speeches, just Atlas Technofab doing its bit and keeping the bills paid. We just keep going.
