Atlas Logistics is over in Nagpur, specifically at T-303 in the Koyana Apartments in Malaviya Nagar. It is a bit of a different setup being inside an apartment building, but it works fine for us. Khamla is a good area to be based in. We spend most of our time staring at computer screens or talking to drivers who are out on the road somewhere between here and Mumbai or Hyderabad. The office has an old ceiling fan that is always on and a window that looks out over the street below. It is mostly just us trying to keep the trucks moving and the cargo safe. Logistics in a city like Nagpur can be tricky because of the extreme heat and the local traffic, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are not a massive multinational with thousands of employees; we are just a small team that knows how to move things from point A to point B. Sometimes the phones will not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some serious filing done. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist waiting at the door. If you come by to see us, you will just see us at our desks with maps and piles of schedules. It is a honest way to make a living and we just take it one day at a time. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the fuel receipts match and the delivery times are met.
