Appolo Pharma Export is situated on Kamptee Road in Nagpur. This road is always buzzing with trucks and heavy vehicles because it is a main artery for the city. It can be quite dusty and noisy outside our doors, but that is the nature of being in a logistics hub. We deal with exporting pharmaceutical products to different places. Our warehouse and office setup is practical. We don't have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s mostly about sturdy shelves and packing materials. Every day, boxes are being taped up and loaded onto trucks. We have to be very careful with the paperwork because shipping things abroad involves a lot of rules. The heat in Nagpur can be really something in the summer, so we have some big fans going all day to keep the staff cool. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when the main rush of morning dispatches is over. Most of the people working here are local guys who have been in the transport or pharma line for a long time. We know the truck drivers and the local agents well. It’s a busy life on Kamptee Road. We don’t have a lot of walk-in customers since we focus on bulk exports, but the phone never stops ringing with people asking about their shipments. We just handle it as it comes and try to stay organized through the noise and heat.
