Our office for Rukhmini Coatings Private Limited is in Flat No. 201 at Highway Castle. We are situated right near the Maruti Sunzuki Showroom, which makes it easy for people to give directions. Being near the highway means it’s always loud with trucks and cars passing by, but we’ve gotten used to the sound over the years. The space is mostly filled with samples and technical sheets. We spend our days discussing different coating types and checking on orders. It’s a lot of technical talk but we try to keep it down to earth. The office isn't very big, just enough for the desks we need and a small area to sit and talk. We don’t go in for fancy carpets or expensive paintings on the walls. It’s a working office where we focus on getting the details right. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are always wiping down the tables. We have a small pantry where we make tea and eat lunch together most days. It’s a straightforward operation. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek building; we just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that the paperwork is filed correctly at the end of every week. It's just a regular business like any other in the area. We like the convenience of being right by the main road.
