Alkem Lab Ltd Mumbai

Even though our name mentions Mumbai, we are actually located at 147, Suprabhatam in Chhatrapati Nagar, Nagpur. This is where we handle our lab operations and pharmaceutical-related tasks for the region. The building is in a pretty established part of the city and it’s easy enough to find. We spend our hours dealing with various medical products and making sure the distribution side of things is handled properly. It’s a lot of logistics and keeping track of inventory in our storerooms. The climate in Nagpur can get really hot in the summer, but the office is set up to keep everything at the right temperature for the supplies. We have a small crew here and we all know our roles. It’s not like those big corporate labs you see in movies; it’s more of a functional, hardworking environment where things get done. We focus on getting the orders out and making sure the paperwork is in order every single day. Being in Maharashtra, we have to follow a lot of rules, so we spend a fair bit of time on compliance and checking boxes. Most of us have been in the pharma line for a while now. We don't use any flashy marketing or big promises; we just focus on the reliability of what we provide to the people who need it. It’s a steady job and we take pride in being a reliable link in the supply chain.
