Akar Classes

Akar Classes is right in the middle of Gandhibagh in Nagpur. This is a very old and busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our door. Gandhibagh is known for its markets and narrow streets. Our classes are tucked into one of the buildings here. It’s a bit of a maze to get around sometimes if you aren't from this area. The building itself has been around for many years. We have a few rooms where we sit with the students. It can get quite hot in the summer, so we use several fans to keep the air moving as best as we can. People around here are very hardworking, and we see that in the students who come to us. We don't do any fancy promotions or have a big website. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or their cousins came here before. It’s a very grounded, local business. We keep our own hours and handle everything ourselves, from sweeping the floors to teaching the lessons. It’s not a polished environment, but it’s honest. There’s a lot of history in Gandhibagh, and we feel like we are just a small part of that daily life. It’s a simple place for anyone looking to learn without any extra fuss or expensive fees. We just keep things real for the neighborhood.
