You can find us in New Ganesh Colony, right off the Ring Road in Pratap Nagar. Being so close to the Ring Road is helpful for our drivers when they’re heading out with medical supplies. The office is a simple ground-floor space. It’s nothing too fancy, just a place where we keep our stock and handle the paperwork. Pratap Nagar is a lively area, and there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve been here at this location for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners nearby quite well. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and a few desks where we keep track of the daily orders. We deal with a lot of different medical items, so the inventory changes pretty fast. It can get a bit cluttered when a new shipment arrives, and we’re all tripping over boxes for a day or two until things are put away. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of people who have been with us from the start. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. There’s no big sales pitch here. We just show what we have in stock and tell them the price. It’s a practical way to run things. The afternoons are usually our busiest time when the local couriers come by to pick up the daily deliveries.
