We’re located over at No. 177 in East Wardhaman Nagar, right near the Sukhsagar Complex. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We operate as a trading company, which basically means we spend our days buying and selling different goods. Our office is more like a storeroom than a corporate suite. We have boxes piled up and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to our customers and see what they need. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and waiting for the phone to ring. Other days, it’s a total scramble to get everything loaded and sent out on time. East Wardhaman Nagar is a good area for us because it’s close to a lot of our regulars. We’ve been here for several years now and have a good handle on how things work in this market. We don't try to overcomplicate things. We just try to get the right items at a fair price and pass them along. It’s a simple business model that has worked for us so far. We make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else, but we always try to fix them. It’s just about being honest and showing up to work every day. You won't find anything flashy here, just people doing their jobs.
