33 Gram Flour

You will find 33 Gram Flour at House No.261, which is right by Bhawani Chowk. We are located very close to the Datta Mandir, so most people in the area use that as a landmark to find us. We run the business from this location and spend the majority of our time processing grain into fresh flour for the families living nearby. It is a very simple setup we have here. We have the grinding mill in the back part of the building and a small area in the front where customers come to pick up their bags. The smell of fresh grain is always hanging in the air, which is something I have grown to like over the years. It is not a big operation with lots of employees, just a few of us handling everything from cleaning the grain to bagging the flour. People seem to like coming here because they know us and they know the flour is fresh. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend a few hours with our hands covered in grease trying to fix them, which can be a bit frustrating. But that is just part of the daily grind. We try to keep the place tidy, but flour dust has a way of getting into every corner. It is just honest work for the neighborhood. We have been here at Bhawani Chowk for quite a while now.
