Link 2 Link Wireless Network Solution is based out of Shiva Nagar in Thovalai. We are down here in the Kanyakumari district where things are a bit slower than the big cities. Most of what we do involves getting people connected to the internet and fixing signal issues. The office is simple and stays quite busy with routers and cables everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place but we know where everything is. Thovalai is known for its flowers but we spend our time with technology. Sometimes the weather affects the signals but that's just how it is living near the coast. We drive around a lot to different houses and small offices. It keeps us on our toes. The local network can be tricky sometimes. We’ve lived here a long time and understand how the local terrain impacts the wireless stuff. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure people can get online when they need to. People usually call us when things stop working and we try to get there as soon as we can. It’s practical work. We like being part of the community here in Shiva Nagar. There is always something to fix or a new cable to run. We just keep at it day by day.
