Safety Officer

Azeem Manzil is where we are based, out in Eraviputhoorkadai near Kattathurai. Kanyakumari district is a beautiful place to live, even when work is busy. This isn't some high-rise office; it’s a house that we’ve converted to handle our safety officer work. Being down south means we deal with a lot of heat, but the breeze from the coast helps sometimes. I spend my mornings going through safety logs before heading out. The village area is pretty quiet, which I like. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, one of us just goes to the door. Most of our work involves visiting local construction sites or plants to check on things. It's honest work and it keeps us on our toes. I've lived in Tamil Nadu all my life and working here feels right. The address might be a bit hard to find for outsiders because the lanes are narrow, but once you know the landmark, it’s easy. We keep our gear in the back room and the front is for the paperwork. There are always stacks of helmets and safety vests around. It's a bit cluttered, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable group of people working from a home office in Kattathurai. It works for us and for the people we help in the district. We stay busy and we stay out of trouble.
