Sabari & Company

Our office is at 37, Railway Feeder Road in Kottar. If you are looking for Sabari & Company, just look for the building near the station. You can hear the trains whistling all through the day. It’s a very busy street with a lot of people carrying luggage or rushing to catch their ride. We have been at this spot for a long time. The building is a bit old, and the windows rattle every time a heavy truck goes past. We don't have a big fancy entrance. It’s just a door and some stairs. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It gets quite dusty because of all the traffic on Railway Feeder Road. We usually have to sweep the floor a couple of times a day. There are a few of us who have worked here since the beginning. We know how the business runs and we don't need much explaining. Sometimes we go out to the small tea stall on the corner when we need a break. Kottar is a busy place, and being near the railway means there is always something happening outside. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and we like the people we work with. We just take one day at a time here at number 37.
