Naushie Exports

Our office for Naushie Exports is located at No. 55 New Street in the Kottar area. It’s an old part of the city and the streets are narrow. We handle export goods, so there is always something being weighed or packed into a box. The floor is usually covered in bits of tape and packing foam by the end of the day. We try to sweep up, but it just gets messy again tomorrow. It’s a humble place. We don’t have big signs or anything. People who need to find us usually know the way or they ask the shopkeeper next door. Working in Kottar means you are always around other businesses. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the computer for updates on shipping routes. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s steady. We have a small fan that hums all day to keep us cool. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just want to get the products packed correctly and shipped out without any damage. It’s a simple goal. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the shelves. Other days we are running around trying to meet a deadline. It’s just the way it goes at number 55.
