Kafat Trading Company

We are based over in Vellalar Colony (West), specifically at 49/13-4. It's a residential area mostly, so it's a bit quieter than the main markets. We like it that way. Kafat Trading Company is just a small operation. We trade different things depending on what's in demand. It changes from month to month. One day it’s textiles, the next it might be something else entirely. We use the front part of the house as our main office area. It’s convenient. My wife helps with the bookkeeping in the evenings after her own job. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one near the gate. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We aren't looking to expand into some massive corporation. We just want to keep things steady. The neighbors don't mind the occasional delivery truck as long as they don't block the road. We try to be careful about that. Sometimes we sit on the porch to discuss the day's work. It’s more relaxed than a typical office. We’ve had some tough times, especially when prices fluctuate, but we manage to stay afloat. It’s about being careful with the numbers and not taking too many risks. We aren't experts in everything, but we know how to buy and sell. That's enough for us. We just keep our heads down and work.
