Heaven Sent Event Management Service

Our office is at 15 Palace Road, inside the Evans Complex. We’re right near the WCC Junction here in Nagercoil. Heaven Sent Event Management Service is basically what happens when you need someone to organize a wedding or a party and don't want to do it all yourself. It’s usually a bit of a mess in here with fabric samples, flower catalogs, and notebooks scattered around. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going to different venues or meeting with decorators. Nagercoil is a place where people take their celebrations seriously, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year. The office in Evans Complex is small, but it’s where we do all the planning and phone calls. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the traffic at WCC Junction makes it hard for people to stop by, but we’re usually out on the road anyway. We handle the sound systems, the lights, and making sure the food shows up when it's supposed to. It’s a lot of coordinating and hoping nothing goes wrong at the last minute. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know us from the events we’ve done around town. It’s a tiring job but it keeps us busy. We just try to make things work out for the families who hire us. Every day is different.
