Electrical Supervioser

My name is Binu Prabu Sam and I’m an Electrical Supervioser. I’m based in the Kanyakumari district of Tamil Nadu. My work takes me all over the K.K Dist area, checking on electrical setups and making sure the crews are doing what they’re supposed to do. Being a supervisor isn't just about telling people what to do; it’s about understanding the technical side of things and being able to fix problems when they pop up. I’ve been in this field for a while now, and I’ve seen all sorts of issues with wiring and power systems. I spend my days moving from one site to another, often in the heat, just to make sure the job is being done safely. It’s a very hands-on kind of role. I don’t have a big corporate office or a team of marketing people. It’s just me and the workers on the ground. People around here know me as someone who just gets the work done without a lot of talking. I focus on the reality of the project, not some fancy plan that looks good on paper but doesn't work in real life. I live here in T.N., and I’m proud to help out with the electrical needs in my own community. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing the power finally come on at a new site is always a good feeling. I just take things as they come and try to be as practical as possible every single day. That's my life here. It keeps me going through the week.
