We are over here at Veppamoodu Junction in Nagercoil. If you know where Greatest Bakery is, we are basically right across from it. It's a busy spot with all the traffic coming through. Most days we are just sorting through cables or checking the speakers to make sure everything sounds right before a gig. It's not a fancy office, just a place where we keep the gear and meet people who need music for their functions. Sometimes the junction gets so loud you can hardly hear yourself talk, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We’ve been around here for a bit now. People stop by after getting bread or snacks from across the road. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know how to handle the sound systems and keep the music going. When there's a local festival or a small party, we load up the van and head out. It’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes, which can get tiring when the sun is out, but it is what it is. We try to keep the equipment in good shape because things get dusty pretty fast around here. If you are walking past the bakery, you might see us moving stuff in or out. It's just a regular local business trying to do its thing in Nagercoil. We don’t really do big speeches, we just play the tunes and hope people enjoy them.
