Our place is right by the bus stand on Merta Road in Nagaur. Shri Gajendra Cottex LLP is the name we go by. Being near the bus stand means it’s always busy. People are coming and going all the time. It’s a loud spot, but we like the energy. Nagaur is a dry place, but we’ve made our home here. We work with cotton, as the name suggests. It’s a tough business sometimes. The weather can be really hot in the summer. We just keep the fans running and get on with it. Our office is small and tucked away. You might miss it if you aren't looking. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just looks up when someone walks in. It’s very informal. We know most of the drivers and shopkeepers nearby. Merta Road is a hub for a lot of trade in this part of Rajasthan. We feel lucky to be right in the middle of it. There’s no corporate ladder here. We are all just working together to keep the business going. We don't have a mission statement. We just have a lot of cotton and a lot of work. That is plenty for us. If someone stops by, we usually have a spare stool and some water for them. It is just how things work in Nagaur. We are just part of the daily life around the bus stand.
