R.K.Pansari

R.K.Pansari is situated on Railway Station Road in Makrana, right near the Gangaur Hotel. Being so close to the station means there’s always a flow of people walking by. Makrana is famous for its stone, and while we aren't cutting marble ourselves, we are right in the thick of it. Our shop is a simple place where we keep our supplies. It’s usually a bit dusty because of all the stone work happening in the town. We spend our days talking to customers and keeping track of what’s in stock. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be organized, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We have a wooden counter that’s seen better days, but it’s sturdy. There’s always a bit of noise from the trains and the traffic on the road, but you stop noticing it after a while. We usually start our day early and close up once the sun goes down. There’s a small bench outside where we sit during quiet moments to watch the world go by. We don’t use any fancy systems, just a pen and a notebook for most things. It’s a plain, honest way to work. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or share some news. We like being part of the community here on Railway Station Road. It’s just how things are done in this part of Makrana, without any fuss or extra noise.
