Ramveena Charitable Foundation

We are out here at Lodhmaplot No. 1729 in Khata No. 72. Ramveena Charitable Foundation shares a spot with Meliorate Lube in the village. It is a quiet area most of the time. People around here usually know where to find us if they need anything. We started this because there was a clear need in the neighborhood. It wasn't about doing anything fancy or getting famous. Just some regular folks wanting to help out where they could. Our office isn't much to look at. It's just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is just the sound of the wind. We handle whatever comes through the door as best as we can. It is hard work, but we stay busy. Lodhma is a small place where everyone knows everyone else. We don't have a big team or anything like that. Just a few of us working together every day. There is always something to fix or someone to talk to. We don't spend money on big signs or ads because that doesn't seem right. Instead, we just focus on the day-to-day stuff. If you are looking for us, look for the lube shop, we are right there. It can get dusty in the summer. We keep water for anyone passing by. It is a simple life and we don't ask for much. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. It gives us a chance to talk without the hum of the computers. We have gotten used to the pace of life here. It's different from the big city and we like that just fine.
