Laxmi Spices is located over in Bajaj Gram Sanwali, which is part of the Tehsil Dhod area. Our daily routine involves a lot of cleaning, drying, and making sure everything is stored properly. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don't really go for anything flashy. Most of the people who work here are locals from the village or nearby. We spend a lot of time just making sure the stuff is right. The weather around here can be tough, especially when it’s dry and dusty, but we manage. We aren’t a giant corporation with hundreds of offices. It’s just this one spot in Sanwali where we do our work. People around here know us by name, and we like it that way. Often, someone will just walk in to see what we have ready for the week. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. The machines can be loud, but that’s just the sound of work getting done.
