At Devashree Ispat Private Limited, our main site is located at Serve No.460 on Pargi Road. We are out in Elekatta Village, which is part of the Shad Nagar area. Being out in the village gives us a bit more space for the steel work we do. It is a lot of heavy lifting and heat, which is just the nature of working with ispat. The road out here, Pargi Road, is used by a lot of trucks carrying raw materials and finished goods. We have been at this location for a good while, and we have seen Shad Nagar develop over the years. It is a bit far from the main city, but that suits us just fine. Our workers mostly come from the local villages nearby, and they are hard-working people who know how to handle the metal. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with glass walls. Our office is right there on the site so we can see what is happening on the floor. It is dusty and loud, but that is how a steel plant should be. We just try to make decent quality products and keep our machines in working order. There isn't much more to it than that. We deal with our suppliers and customers in a straightforward way. People know where to find us on Pargi Road if they need anything. It is a tough business but we are used to the long hours and the heat.
