Our office is located at No. 172 in Sirkali. It’s a small town in Tamil Nadu, and things move at a different pace here compared to Chennai or Bangalore. Even though the name mentions technology parks, our daily life is pretty grounded in the local surroundings. We spend a lot of time on the logistics of managing land and planning out spaces. The building we are in is simple, and the street outside is usually busy with people going to the local shops or the temple. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks of running the company. The weather can be really hot, so we usually have the windows open and the fans going full blast. We get a lot of visitors from the surrounding areas asking about our projects. We try to be helpful, even if we’re buried in paperwork. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities and making sure everything is done according to the rules. We take our lunch breaks together and usually talk about things other than work just to clear our heads. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We’ve been in Sirkali for a while and we’ve grown to like the way things work here. There’s no need for anything flashy when the work speaks for itself at the end of the day. We’ve got a few old ceiling fans that make a clicking sound, but they work.
