Sri Balaji Modern Rice Mill Firm

Our rice mill is situated on T.T.P Main Road in Thennavarayanallur. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the name of the place, Mangudi, but it’s home for us. Sri Balaji Modern Rice Mill Firm has been running for a while now. We deal with a lot of grain throughout the day. The machines can be quite loud, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other. It’s dusty work, but it’s what we know. We get loads from the local farmers and process them right here. The building isn't brand new or anything, it has some wear and tear, but the machinery works fine. We spend most of our mornings unloading trucks and getting things started. By the time the sun is high, the place is humming. We don’t have a fancy front office for visitors. If you come by, you’ll likely find us on the mill floor or near the scales. We aren't trying to be the biggest mill in the district, just a reliable one for the people around Thennavarayanallur. We keep things moving and try to stay on schedule, though sometimes parts break and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s a regular life. We don't have a big corporate story to tell. We just mill rice and make sure the bags are filled correctly before they go out. It's how my family has always done things, and we don't plan to change much soon.
