Jayaam Industries

Jayaam Industries is situated in the SIDCO Industrial Estate in Nagore. We are at Plot No. 4. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Government Training Institute. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a background hum of machinery and the sound of hammers. It is not a place for a quiet walk. Our unit is a standard industrial shed. We do manufacturing work here, mostly metal-related stuff. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil spots or metal shavings on it. We have a team that works in shifts. In the morning, you can see the staff arriving on their cycles or scooters. The office is just a small room at the front with a glass window looking out into the work area. We spend our time managing the production schedules and making sure the machines are running okay. It gets very loud when everything is going at once, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. We deal with various vendors who bring us raw materials. The gate is always busy with small lorries coming in and out. There is a small tea stall just outside the estate gate where we go for a break. It is a place of hard work and long hours. We usually finish up late when the last shift heads home. That is the cycle we follow every week.
